MIBS Stretcher MK2 – Intermediate Version
This new Intermediate MIBS Stretcher is an addition to the MIBS Casualty Handling System. It’s been developed from feedback from professionals about the increase in size of the general population. It is 8cm wider than the standard MIBS and 34cm narrower than the Bariatric MIBS.

In addition, there are detachable casualty straps which assist with cleaning and the replacement of any damaged straps and buckles.
The new casualty straps and buckles are less prone to damage, have a much higher load capacity, and will reduce webbing creep through the buckles.
The shoulder straps can also be removed for cleaning or replacement.
These features are also available for the Standard and Bariatric MIBS variants on request.
MIBS Casualty Isolation Sheet
A new casualty isolation sheet will soon be available to the full MIBS range!
This attaches to the Body Splint before the casualty is loaded, thus minimising casualty contact with the inner surface materials, head restraint and shoulder straps.
Major Incident Triage (MIT) Trauma Pack
We have worked with the NHS to redesign and update their resilience equipment following the attack at the Manchester Arena in 2017. The MIT Trauma Pack has been designed to better equip paramedics in providing rapid triaging and haemorrhage control at major incidents. It is compatible with old triage cards, old triage card bags as well as the new triage tags.
The MIT Trauma Pack comprises:
1) Ten Second Triage (TST) Module
2) Major Incident Triage Tool (MITT)
3) Triage Bag All components are sealable, Velcro free and wipe clean, for infection control purposes
